Policies
All appointments are paid in advance.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
Your treatment begins on time.
Our massage therapists are highly trained and licensed professionals. Regardless of who you see, you will receive excellent care.
Please inform your therapist of any medical treatment and/or health conditions to best asist you.
Respect and boundaries are necessary in order to positively affect the health & well-being of the client.
Late/ Cancellations
Give at least a 24 hours notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
(This allows enough time to fill the time slot.)
Otherwise, a $25 fee will be applied to your account, which must be paid before your next appointment time.
All are considered a "no-show" after 15 minutes of appointment time.
We can reschedule for a later date; you're still responsible for the $25 no show fee.
Refunds
All Sales are final. You will have a credit. Future sessions must be completed within 6-month window.
